Meet Annie

There are few things in life that bring me more joy than supporting people like you move from "eh" to "HELL YES" in your life and life’s work.

I strongly believe that life is too short to be in situations and interpersonal relationships that bring us down rather than lift us up. Our time here is limited and I'm determined to help you make the absolute most of it. Plus, this world needs you at your best!

Why this work?

From a young age, I witnessed people close to me struggling with mental health challenges. I thought I’d become a therapist until I realized my sensibilities were better suited for empowering people than treating trauma. After getting to be on the receiving end of coaching, I knew I wanted to become a coach- eventually! Now I’m 10 years in and going strong. I pinch myself that I get to do this for a job!

A little about my journey...

Born and raised in Omaha, NE, I was shaped by the Jewish value of Tikkun Olam (repairing the world).

I went on to study Human Development and Family Studies at UW-Madison, then spent years in people-focused roles—teaching English in Costa Rica and coordinating programs at nonprofits. It wasn't until I became a coach after having my first child that my work began to feel like a true vocation- deeply connected to why I'm here.

After a decade of coaching one-on-one and leading women's retreats, I achieved the highest level of coaching certification—Master Certified Coach through ICF—and was ready to bring these skills to a new arena: organizational health.

About me personally

I've been told I have one foot in the practical and one foot in the "woo"—you can't take the Midwest out of this girl, but I also love astrology podcasts. Both/and. The best compliment I've received? That I'm impossible to put in a box.

I live in San Francisco with my person and our three daughters—two human, one canine. Oh! And I love to dance!
