We begin with a discovery phase where we get to know your organization’s current challenges, culture and desired outcomes. From there, we design a customized, multi-pronged coaching experience that fosters both individual transformation and team cohesion.

  • Months 1 & 2: 60 Day Needs Assessment & Creation of Action Plan

  • Months 3-9: Implementation of the Plan

  • Month 9: Assessment of Program & Future Needs
